Art, not just on your walls!

Form Function Style is proud to represent established artist Susan C. Price.  Recently accepted to the FIG Gallery, Susan is also a member of both Los Angeles Artists Association, and Women Painters West, two venerable, competitive-entry artistic groups in Southern California.  Her paintings have been included in showings at the Hale Gallery in Santa Monica, the Los Angeles Municipal Gallery, the Los Angeles Artists Association VS Show,  Laemmle Theatres in Pasadena, Santa Clarita City Hall, Women Painters West shows, and the Altadena Library.

Having studied art since 1963, including drawing, painting, and sculpture at Pitzer College, UCLA, and UCLA Extension, Susan finds inspiration from, and is influenced by her favorite artists and teachers: Picasso, Vlaminck, Cassatt, Shawn, Bonnard, Schiele, De Kooning, Nyeri,  Hertel, Elgart, Mock, Hunzakus, Joseph Blaustein, Hilary Taub, Harry Gunderson, and Carla Jerome.  Susan’s paintings incorporate bright, intense colors and bold patterns balancing light and dark, small and large areas, often inspired by human subjects or photographs.

Morton Design House

The intricate patterns and dazzling prints that have come to define the Morton Design House aesthetic began decades ago with a fascination with photographing gardens both formal and informal.  Filling the frame with masses of a single species of flower or foliage creating a seemingly unending field of color and texture characterized early prints created as backgrounds for computer graphics.  Since then Morton Design House has expanded into surface design featuring mesmerizing collages of flowers, plants, and insects in lavish paisleys and geometric prints for textiles and home décor.  Form Function Style is pleased to represent Morton Design House licensed art.  Live beautifully!

Unkie Monkie Studios

Pop-Art for the Instant Generation! Featuring bits of vintage advertising images, off-kilter humor, words, and phrases, and a pop-art & culture sensibility, Unkie Monkie Studios has been an online repository for all things retro for more than a decade. Form Function Style is happy to represent the studio’s recent expansion into surface design on a wide variety of products for the novelty gift market.
